A wide variety of plants were and still are picked and collected by Indigenous Peoples for consumption. Beyond their food and medicinal functions, a lot of knowledge and know-how, ceremonies and practices surround these plants.

Explore the First Nations Garden in an active and sensory way and you will leave with new learning on the botanical and cultural aspects of plants that are valued by the First Nations and Inuit.
