With dozens of memorable songs

Luc De Larochellière was born in 1966. At the age of 20, he began his musical career after winning three awards at the Granby Song Festival (Singer-Songwriter, Award-Winning Song with Le trac du lendemain and Prix de la Presse). In 1988, he launched his first album, Amère America, which has proved very successful. Will follow Sauvez mon âme (1990), Los Angeles (1993), Les nouveaux héros (1996), Vu d’ici (2000), Quelque chose d’animal (2004) and Voix croisées (2006), where his repertoire will be sung by Francis Cabrel and Gilles Vigneault, among others.

With dozens of memorable songs, Luc De Larochellière has firmly established himself as one of the most prolific songwriters of his generation. In 2009, Un toi dans ma tête will make Sylvain Cormier, of Le Devoir newspaper, say 'A second summit, twenty years after sledgehammers Amère America and Sauvez mon âme.' In 2012, C’est d’l’amour ou c’est comme, a duet with Andrea Lindsay, is launched. In 2014, he gave the public En bref, a double album gathering his most famous songs.
