An immersive experience under the shaputuan

For the First Nations, fall is harvest season, but also hunting season, when everyone comes together to thank Mother Earth for her gifts. You’re invited to enjoy an immersive experience under the shaputuan (a big communal tent) along with Indigenous experts. Makusham is a huge sharing event for Algonquian peoples, where you can breathe in the scent of fir boughs, savour tastes of the forest, sing, dance and express your gratitude to Nature.
