On August 21, 2017, come watch a rare astronomical event!

  • Join amateur astronomers and observe the partial solar eclipse as it happens
  • Meet some vision professionals
  • Free goggles for observing the eclipse will be handed out on site
  • Free admission to the Rio Tinto Alcan Planetarium (special program)

Do your eyes a favour and take the right precautions when observing the eclipse!

This event is hosted by Quebec’s vision professionals: ophthalmologists, optometrists and dispensing opticians.
