An eco-grazing

From May 24 to September 2nd, sheep will be “mowing the lawn” at the Jardin botanique, near the Leslie Hancock Garden. The ewes and their lambs will be hard at work between noon and 6 p.m.

This eco-grazing is a joint initiative by the Jardin botanique and an NPO called the Laboratoire d’agriculture urbaine (AU/LAB), as part of the “Biquette à Montréal” project.
