Heirloom Plants

Ten thousand years of agriculture have caused the plants we grow to evolve in amazing ways. By selecting plants suited to their environment, needs and tastes, humans have created an astounding range of varieties and an impressive “green” heritage. Come to the Great Gardening Weekend to learn about this diversity and pick up some of the plants that have resulted from this long and patient selection process.

On the program: some one hundred exhibitors, lectures and advice to help you create the garden of your dreams.

Tree distribution

Once again this year the Frédéric Back Tree Pavilion will be offering visitors tree seedlings, courtesy of the Québec Department of Forests, Wildlife and Parks. Limited quantity.
