Uncover the secrets of trees

Here’s your chance to become an apprentice botanist, and get a very close-up look at a twig or blossom from a tree or the mark left in its bark by an insect. Test your knowledge with our quiz: Do trees have hearts? Is that a frog or a toad singing that love song? Do great horned owls really eat skunks?

Guided by an enthusiastic expert, learn some secrets of trees and all the life around the Arboretum, by answering the question of the week. It’s a simple and accessible activity that lets you sharpen your senses and satisfy your curiosity, as you gain a better understanding of the nature that surrounds us.
