Broadening our consumption of plant-based foods is an easy and responsible way to participate in the ecological transition, and it just so happens to be good for your health. In this multi-themed activity, you’ll learn about local biodiversity and how to integrate it into your cooking. Learn how to creatively increase your consumption of plant-based foods and reduce food waste in a fun way. Like cooking shows, culinary presentations will feature a plant-based food and end with a tasting of the featured recipe. A special moment of exchange and discovery to delight the senses!
This activity is open to the general public,
families and children aged 8 and up.
