Earth Day at the Planétarium Rio Tinto Alcan
As part of Earth Day, our team at the Planétarium Rio Tinto Alcan invite you to join artists, researchers and students from Hexagram in a think tank on the waste cycle, both here on Earth and out in space.
This afternoon of discussion and reflection will cover the following topics of research at six different stands: Internet and the seabed, anthropogenic carrots, contaminated soils, materials for energy and the environment, smart materials and the new Inertia exhibition.
To finish up, a panel discussion will address the following points: the development of new materials, the difference between waste and monuments, and trash on Earth and in space.
