Discover Gardens of Light as you wander through the Jardin botanique after dark. This 14th edition invites you to explore three illuminated cultural gardens, including the Indigenous Peoples Garden, where a completely reimagined experience awaits.
Yūgen
Inspired by the yūgen aesthetic, this experience combines a monumental projection with artistic illumination throughout the pine grove. It’s an invitation to discover the subtle beauty of nature in a new light.
Resonance
To mark its 25th anniversary, the Indigenous Peoples Garden presents a completely reimagined experience. The journey unfolds across five interconnected scenes developed in collaboration with Indigenous artists and explores the connections between people, generations and the land.
Shan Hai Jing
The Chinese Garden brings the visit to a dreamlike close, with iconic lanterns reflected in the Dream Lake. Inspired by the Shan Hai Jing, a foundational work of Chinese mythology, the installation features legendary creatures and symbolic landscapes. This year, a multimedia experience enhances the journey with visuals and sound.
You must reserve a timed ticket to experience Gardens of Light. Once on site, you are free to wander through the three cultural gardens at your own pace.
The event takes place rain or shine. Dress appropriately for the weather conditions. In the event of severe weather, the site may close and visitors will be able to reschedule their visit.
