An art-meets-science project

The Internet doesn’t just exist in our electronic devices... it’s also in the forest, thanks to the mycorrhizal fungus!

Come and see Survie du vivant, a theatrical and visual presentation blending art and science that takes you into the heart of the forest, where fungi and the root system of plants and trees have maintained a symbiotic relationship since the beginning of the world. Immersed in a pulsating visual installation with stunning video images, Julie Drouin (a biologist by training) and an actor will show you the beauty of the interdependence of living organisms.

Please note that this presentation is in French only and is designed for ages 11 and up.

  • A production of Théâtre Le Clou
  • Directed by: Benoît Vermeulen
  • Biologist and speaker: Julie Drouin
  • Performer: Jonathan Morier
