Immerse yourself in a delightful exploration of the edible plant world by browsing the gourmet stations of Taste your Garden, where you can sample unusual and sometimes surprising foods. Culinary traditions from China, Japan and the First Nations of Québec will be presented through forest gastronomy during themed weeks in three cultural gardens, while the Frédéric Back Tree Pavilion will showcase products from Québec’s native trees and shrubs. Join us to discover all the richness of plant biodiversity!

Themed weeks schedule:

  • August 1 to 6: Frédéric-Back Tree Pavilion week
  • August 8 to 13: Quebec First Nations’ week
  • August 15 to 20: Japan’s week
  • August 22 to 27: China’s week

Activities schedule:

Tastings in the cultural gardens and at the Tree Pavilion: daily, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Special events: Monday to Saturday, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

  • August 1 to 6: at the Frédéric-Back Tree Pavilion
  • August 8 to 27 (excluding Sundays): at the event tent
